About Us

Seaton Properties manages rental homes in North Knoxville and Fountain City. We have 20-plus years of experience renovating, renting, and maintaining houses in this area. We live, work, and play in Fountain City. We own the properties we manage. You don’t have to deal with absentee landlords. 

North Knoxville and Fountain City are older neighborhoods with tree-lined streets and easy access to highways and shopping. It is about 10-15 minutes to downtown and the University of Tennessee.
